Marsh is hiring a Retail Broking Associate for its Singapore retail broking team. The role manages complex insurance accounts, conducts client research and benchmarking, coordinates billing and calendars, resolves account issues, supports senior colleagues, and develops client relationships. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 2–5 years of insurance-industry experience, and a Certificate in General Insurance or equivalent; ANZIIF or ACII is advantageous. The position is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the office.
