Apex Group is hiring an Assistant Client Onboarding Manager in Hong Kong for the Asia Pacific region. The role leads and coordinates onboarding and integration of new business clients across fund services, corporate services, and compliance solutions, including KYC, account openings, documentation and legal agreement reviews, project planning, stakeholder communication, internal system setup, and integration of acquired businesses. It requires fund services knowledge, client-facing experience, English, Cantonese and Mandarin fluency, Microsoft Office proficiency, and project management skills.
