Advanceable ABA is hiring a Remote Full-Time Assistant Clinical Director (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership, mentor and develop clinicians, oversee a small caseload, support treatment planning and quality improvement, and collaborate with families and leadership to strengthen high-quality ABA services. The role requires an active BCBA credential, a master’s degree or higher, 4–6 years of ABA experience, and at least 2 years supervising clinicians, with preferred experience in state licensure, Central Reach, quality improvement, and assent-based ABA practices.
