Sweetgreen is hiring an Assistant Coach (Assistant General Manager) to support store operations as a hands-on leader, mentor, strategist, and operational manager. The role partners with the Head Coach on hiring, training, scheduling, food safety, customer experience, cost management, sales, and performance, while also performing duties from the Shift Leader, Kitchen Lead, and Team Member career-path roles. Candidates need at least two years of restaurant management or supervisory experience, experience managing six or more team members per shift, food-handler or ServSafe certification, availability for at least 30 hours per week, and authorization to work in the United States. The role offers a starting salary of $58,000 to $68,000 USD, plus bonus potential and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
