Description
DREAM is hiring a part-time Assistant Coach to support its middle school athletics program at the East Harlem school location. The role supervises athletes, leads practices, enforces behavior and safety expectations, tracks attendance, supports recruitment and game-day logistics, and communicates with the Head Coach. It requires experience with school-age children and knowledge of the sport’s rules and fundamentals; 1–2+ years of coaching or youth program experience is preferred. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., with evening and weekend games, and compensation is $30 per hour.
