Description
The part-time Assistant Coach, Softball supports the Head Coach in developing and recruiting elite student-athletes in an NCAA Division I program. Responsibilities include specialized on-field instruction, game-day strategy, video analysis, recruiting, team travel logistics, equipment and budget management, and youth camps and clinics. The role requires a bachelor's degree, 2–3 years of collegiate softball coaching experience or elite-level playing experience, NCAA compliance knowledge, advanced softball technical knowledge, and familiarity with modern analytics and player-development software.
