Description
Felician University is hiring a part-time Assistant Coach for Women’s Soccer for a 12-month appointment. The role assists the Head Coach by teaching players rules, regulations, equipment needs, skills, and techniques; supervising practice and competition; monitoring student-athlete academics; developing schedules; managing equipment, uniforms, and expenses; ensuring NCAA Division II and CACC compliance; supporting fundraising, promotion, and recruiting; and providing statistical and promotional information. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree or significant coaching experience, 1–3 years of collegiate coaching experience, knowledge of NCAA and CACC rules, and strong communication skills. The position pays $5,000–$15,000 annually.
