Description
RMU Athletics is hiring a part-time Assistant Coach, Women's Soccer, to support the Head Coach with the management, competitive advancement, and daily operations of the collegiate soccer program. The role involves technical and tactical instruction, film breakdown, opponent scouting, regional recruiting, NCAA compliance, and high-pressure match coaching. It is limited to 950 hours per calendar year and generally no more than 29 hours per week, with evening and weekend availability during the competitive season. Applicants need a bachelor's degree preferred, 1–2 years of collegiate, high-school varsity, or elite club coaching experience or 2–4 years of collegiate playing experience, advanced soccer knowledge, video-analysis proficiency, strong recruiting and communication skills, and a valid driver's license.
