Description
Augustana University is hiring an Assistant Coach – Women’s Softball for a part-time temporary role from September 2026 through May 2027. The position supports the Head Coach with practice planning, competition strategy, technical and tactical instruction, recruiting, student-athlete development, academic support, game-day operations, travel and scheduling logistics, compliance, fundraising, and community outreach. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and sport-specific experience; a master’s degree, collegiate graduate-assistant or assistant-coaching experience, women’s softball coaching experience, pitching or hitting coaching experience, CPR/AED and First Aid certification, NCAA certification, and video-analysis software experience are preferred.
