Description
RMU Athletics is hiring a part-time Assistant Coach, Women's Volleyball, to support the Head Coach with program management, competitive advancement, and daily operations. The role involves technical and tactical coaching, film breakdown, opponent scouting, regional recruiting, and compliance with NCAA and conference regulations. It is limited to 950 hours per calendar year and generally no more than 29 hours per week, with evening and weekend availability during the competitive season. Applicants need a bachelor's degree, 1–2 years of collegiate, high school varsity, or elite club coaching experience, or 2–4 years of collegiate competitive playing experience, along with volleyball analysis, recruiting, communication, and compliance skills.
