Gallery Residential is hiring an Assistant Community Director for Livano Liberty Park in Birmingham, Alabama. The role supports the Community Director with apartment-community operations, financial administration, rent and delinquency collections, vendor invoice processing, lease enforcement and evictions, resident move-outs, resident service and retention, leasing and marketing, owner relations, and on-site operations. It is a full-time, mid-level position scheduled for 40 hours per week, with some weekend work and local travel. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, two years of multifamily-industry experience, property-management and customer-service knowledge, computer and property-management software proficiency, and a valid driver's license.
