Avanath is hiring an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager with reporting, rent processing, leasing, marketing, resident relations, property operations, staff oversight, compliance, and fiduciary duties. The role requires at least two years of Assistant Community Manager experience, LIHTC/Tax Credit Program knowledge, bookkeeping and rent collection experience, landlord-tenant and fair housing knowledge, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager. The position offers $20–$22 USD in compensation and includes health, dental, and vision benefits.
