Envolve is hiring a full-time Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager with on-site apartment community operations at Brookhaven Apartments in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. The role assists with leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff; resident requests; renewal and retention programs; rent collection; reporting; and administrative tasks. Candidates need computer skills, compliance knowledge, strong customer service and communication abilities, tax credit and HUD/Section 8 knowledge, and at least one to two years of tax credit and property management experience.
