Ross is hiring a full-time Assistant Community Manager for its UP in downtown Denver apartment community. The role supports the Community Manager by supervising leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff; managing rental applications and rent collection; tracking resident requests; supporting renewal and retention programs; monitoring market conditions; and providing reports. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, some college, 1–2 years of property management or equivalent business experience, 1–3 years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience, and LIHTC experience. The stated pay is $26.50–$28.80, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, life insurance, paid time off, holidays, and other benefits.
