Envolve is hiring an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager with daily on-site apartment community operations at Magruder Run Apartments in Hampton, Virginia. The role supervises leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff; maintains market and competition knowledge; completes rental and leasing records; handles resident requests, renewals, and retention programs; collects rent and delinquent accounts; and provides reports. The position requires Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge, compliance awareness, customer service, communication, tax-credit knowledge, and at least one to two years of tax-credit and property management experience.
