Morgan Properties is hiring an Assistant Community Manager at Top Field to support resident experience and apartment community operations. The role includes customer service, community tours, leasing support, move-in and move-out coordination, resident records, property upkeep, maintenance coordination, events, and daily operations. Candidates need at least two years of customer service or related experience, strong communication and organizational skills, multitasking ability, a positive team-oriented attitude, and a valid driver's license. Compensation is $19.00–$22.00 per hour, with quarterly Morgan Essentials, onsite living discounts, and benefits including a 401(k).
