Description
The Assistant Community Manager will support the overall management of Unity Homes at Ballston, including leasing activities, resident relations, rent and deposit accounting, maintenance coordination, payroll administration, purchase orders, and property traffic tracking. The role reports to the Community Manager, may supervise on-site personnel in the Community Manager's absence, and requires consistent attendance. A high school diploma or GED, current Fair Housing certification, and a valid driver's license are required; property management experience and advanced management, public relations, or accounting coursework are preferred.
