S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is hiring a full-time, non-exempt Assistant Community Manager for its 288 Lofts community in Midlothian, Virginia. The role performs property administration, leasing support, resident relations, rent and deposit accounting, payroll administration, purchase orders, maintenance coordination, and occasional employee training. It reports to the Community Manager and may supervise on-site personnel when the Community Manager is absent. A high school diploma or GED, current Fair Housing certification, and a valid driver’s license are required; tax credit experience is preferred.
