The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager across property administration, leasing, maintenance, resident services, budgeting, financial reporting, rent collection, market analysis, and community operations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service and sales skills, computer-system familiarity, teamwork, flexibility, and communication abilities; prior property management experience and CAM certification are preferred.
