Description
Thompson Thrift is hiring an Assistant Community Manager in Monument, Colorado to support the daily operations of a multifamily community. The role partners with the Community Manager on rent collections, resident financial records, leasing follow-up, deposits, financial reporting, move-in and move-out coordination, resident communication, service requests, and community engagement. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, and availability for evenings, weekends, and after-hours emergencies. Compensation is $24–$27 USD per hour for work performed in Colorado.
