The Assistant Concession Manager supports the Concession Manager in leading a retail team and delivering a personalised customer experience across APG & Co brands. The role involves driving sales, managing stock and visual merchandising, coaching team members, assisting with recruitment and rostering, building relationships with store and operations teams, and leading the concession when required. Candidates need previous leadership experience, an interest in fashion and premium products, strong communication and people leadership skills, a record of meeting KPIs and sales targets, and strong organisational and commercial skills.
