Description
The Assistant Construction Manager supports project managers and site leadership on EPC and construction management projects, handling day-to-day coordination across safety, quality, scheduling, cost control, contracts, procurement, documentation, client interface, risk reviews, permits, subcontractors, materials, reporting, audits, turnover, and closeout. The role spans multiple industries such as aviation, commercial building, transmission and distribution, manufacturing, oil and gas, power generation, process, and water. It requires a bachelor’s degree in construction, construction management, engineering, or a related field plus 3 years of relevant construction experience, strong computer and Microsoft Office skills, and preferred experience with document control, scheduling, cost control, and project management software.
