Assistant Construction Manager supporting project managers and site managers on EPC construction projects across aviation, commercial, electrical transmission and distribution, facility, manufacturing, oil and gas, power generation, process, and water sectors. Responsibilities include safety, quality, scheduling, cost control, contracts, procurement, documentation, client interface, risk reviews, audits, subcontractor coordination, project turnover, labor analysis, and field operations support. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction or related field plus 3 years of relevant construction experience, strong computer, communication, analytical, and organizational skills, and familiarity with document control, scheduling, cost control, and project management software.
