Description
PMCS Group is seeking an Assistant Construction Manager - MEP to support the City of Los Angeles Bureau of Engineering on the $2.6 billion L.A. Convention Center Expansion and Modernization Project. The role provides owner's representative oversight of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systems through construction, commissioning, and closeout, including submittal review, RFI coordination, field inspections, utility and authority-of-jurisdiction coordination, schedule and cost support, testing and commissioning, and closeout documentation. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of construction management, field engineering, or MEP coordination experience, including at least three years on projects valued at $100 million or more, and must be performed in the Los Angeles, California area.
