Description
M/I Homes is seeking a construction-focused candidate to learn and develop superintendent skills while assisting Construction Managers with on-site coordination across assigned subdivisions. The role involves quality control inspections, blueprint review, subcontractor scheduling, minor repairs, homeowner communication, safety compliance, and support across the construction, warranty, customer care, and sales/design processes. A construction management degree is preferred, but related experience is acceptable, along with strong construction knowledge, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
