Description
The Assistant Superintendent supports the Superintendent and Project Manager in overseeing construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Responsibilities include job-site safety, quality, scheduling, field coordination, subcontractor management, constructability reviews, inspections, daily safety audits, and communication with clients, consultants, and government agencies. The role requires at least two years of construction experience, blueprint-reading ability, Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency, U.S. work authorization without sponsorship, and the ability to perform physically demanding construction-site work.
