Mars is hiring an Assistant Content Manager in Melbourne, Victoria, for a full-time 12-month fixed-term contract reporting to the ANZ Content & Experience Lead. The role leads content strategy and operations across designated pet-care portfolios, manages annual planning and content calendars, oversees brief-to-production workflows, coordinates content operations and MarTech, communicates with stakeholders, and tracks performance KPIs. Candidates should have 2–3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or campaign management, along with project coordination, cross-functional engagement, and a strong understanding of marketing theories, tactics, and KPIs.
