Atrium Management Company is hiring a full-time, on-site Assistant Controller in Orlando, Florida to manage full-cycle accounting for a multifamily property portfolio. The role owns month-end close, reporting, reconciliations, budget inputs, and owner-facing financial communication while leading a team of 4-7 accountants and improving accounting workflows. The position requires significant accounting experience, multifamily property accounting expertise, strong Excel and property management system skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
