ARCO is hiring an Assistant Controller for its Kansas City accounting team. The role reports to the Controller, supports regional construction-company managers, prepares monthly financial statements, reconciles job costs, monitors accounting transactions, handles insurance and subcontract issues, and provides accounting analysis. Candidates need a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, 3–5 years of public or construction-related accounting experience, and a CPA and/or Master’s degree.
