Description
The Assistant Controller will report to the CFO and support daily accounting and finance operations for a construction company in the greater Akron area. Responsibilities include month-end closing, financial reporting, account analysis and reconciliation, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable, cost accounting, and job cost analysis. The role requires a BS/BA in Accounting or Finance, at least five years of accounting experience, strong Excel and Word skills, and excellent organizational, communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
