Buffalo Builders is hiring a full-time Assistant Controller in Little Rock, Arkansas, to report to the Corporate Controller and oversee accounting operations across multiple entities. The role manages the general ledger, journal entries, month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, ERP interfaces, internal controls, audits, tax documentation, and intercompany transactions, while also leading and developing accounting professionals and driving process automation. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least five years of progressive accounting experience, strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge, and experience with external auditors and senior leadership.
