Description
Creative Energy is hiring a full-time Assistant Controller to report to the Controller and lead a team of junior and intermediate accounting and finance professionals. The role oversees financial controls, accounting policies, month-end and year-end reporting, external audits, tax compliance, project accounting, working capital, and financial process improvement, while partnering with FP&A on performance analysis and business results. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA designation, 5–8 years of related experience, and at least two years leading accounting or finance team members; Sage Intacct and Big 4 experience are valued. The compensation range is CAD 115,000–143,600 with a performance-based bonus and RRSP matching.
