Description
Engineers Gate is seeking an Assistant Controller to support the financial operations of its Management Company entities across foreign jurisdictions. Reporting to the Controller, the role owns statutory accounting, month-end close, general ledger, reconciliations, financial reporting, intercompany balances, transfer pricing, external service providers, audits, banking, payroll compliance, and internal controls. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, a CPA, and up to 10 years of combined public and private financial services experience; prior alternative investment, hedge fund, asset management, or banking experience is preferred. The base salary is $150,000–$175,000, excluding potential bonuses, additional compensation, and benefits.
