Description
Gridware is hiring an Assistant Controller to join a lean finance team and work closely with the CFO on building and managing the company’s accounting infrastructure. The role owns the monthly, quarterly, and annual close; prepares journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements; manages revenue recognition, deferred revenue, inventory, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash management, tax compliance, audit readiness, forecasting, and accounting systems. It requires at least five years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and industry experience, with GAAP, ASC 606, ASC 330, and modern accounting technology expertise.
