Description
The Assistant Controller supports the Plant Controller in financial management and reporting for a manufacturing plant, with responsibility for month-end close, general ledger accuracy, financial reporting, audits, internal controls, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, cost accounting, inventory monitoring, budgets, forecasts, and capital project analysis. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 3–5 years of standard-cost accounting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is unavailable. The position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) matching program, paid holidays and vacation, and a salary range of $119,000–$146,000.
