Description
The Accounting Manager supports the Controller in overseeing accounting and shared services operations, including accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, budgets, forecasts, management reporting, internal controls, audits, and financial analysis. The role leads and develops accounting team members, coordinates with FP&A and Global Finance, and provides financial information and backup support to senior finance stakeholders. It requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, at least eight years of progressive accounting experience, and four years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
