KPFF Consulting Engineers is hiring an Assistant Controller to support the Controller and VP of Finance in overseeing general ledger activity, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, and tax compliance across a multi-location organization. The role provides technical guidance and mentorship to accounting team members, helps streamline accounting and tax processes, and requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field plus typically 10 or more years of progressive accounting experience. The position is based in the downtown Seattle office five days per week, offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, and has a base salary range of $125,000 to $140,000 for a qualified candidate with at least 10 years of experience.
