Description
The Accounting Manager oversees day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, close activities, internal controls, audits, treasury, and accounting process improvements at Tyler Coupling’s manufacturing facility in Marshfield, Missouri. The role supervises accounting team members, collaborates with operations and other departments, and may require travel. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 5–7 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, and knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial compliance; CPA certification and manufacturing experience are preferred.
