Description
Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Controller to lead financial reporting, close processes, international and multi-entity accounting, audit preparation, internal controls, and risk management across a complex organization. The role also leads and develops an accounting team of at least five professionals, supports a complex S-corporation structure and multi-state tax nexus, and partners with FP&A, Legal, Operations, and IT. The position requires an active CPA license, a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, and at least eight years of progressive accounting experience, with a salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 and health, dental, and vision insurance.
