Description
Park Square Homes is hiring an Assistant Controller to lead the accounting team and serve as the primary accounting resource between the Controller and the finance function. The role owns the general ledger, monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, GAAP financial reporting, job-cost and construction accounting, budgeting, forecasting, land and treasury support, audit and lender reporting, internal controls, and accounting-system optimization. It requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience including at least 3 years in residential homebuilding, construction, or real estate development, supervisory or review experience, GAAP and construction-accounting knowledge, construction-ERP proficiency, and advanced Excel skills.
