Description
Sequoia Financial Group is hiring an Assistant Controller to serve as a hands-on accounting leader and second-in-command to the Controller. The role manages accounting operations, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, complex journal entries, technical accounting analyses, audit readiness, reporting, and accounts payable and receivable processes. It also supervises and mentors accounting staff, supports M&A integration, and helps redesign accounting workflows. The position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, a CPA license or active pursuit, and 8–12 years of progressive accounting experience, including staff supervision.
