Description
Ultimo is hiring a Junior Financial Controller for hybrid work in the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany. The role supports monthly, quarterly, and annual closings; balance-sheet specifications and financial analyses; external audits; audit and compliance documentation; intercompany reconciliations; treasury and payment processes; process improvements; and finance automation and AI initiatives. Candidates should have an HBO degree in finance, accountancy, business economics, or a comparable field, 1–5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and Excel skills, and good English. Experience with international organizations, ERP systems, automation and AI, and fluent Dutch is preferred.
