VisiQuate is hiring a full-time Assistant Controller in Santa Rosa, California, with remote or hybrid work options. The role supports the Corporate Controller in leading global accounting operations for a private equity-backed SaaS and AI technology organization, including monthly close, financial reporting, technical accounting, internal controls, M&A due diligence and integration, ERP optimization, audits, and accounting team leadership. The position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, CPA status or significant progress toward it, and 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with strong knowledge of US GAAP, multi-entity accounting, and systems such as NetSuite, Maxio, and Ramp.
