The Assistant Controller serves as a strategic business partner responsible for accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, SEC filing deadlines, external audits, reconciliations, and cross-functional project leadership. The role requires at least 10 years of accounting experience, a CPA, public company and Sarbanes-Oxley experience, prior management experience, and a college degree in Accounting or Finance.
