Description
The Assistant Controller will oversee accounting, financial reporting, and operational controls for a global, systematic, multi-strategy hedge fund’s CLO product suite. The role manages CLO vehicle accounting, collateral and waterfall reporting, trustee and administrator reconciliations, PnL and management reporting, investor and audit materials, and internal controls. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, 5–10+ years of relevant experience, direct CLO structure experience, and strong Excel and communication skills. The minimum base salary is $120,000 for a New York location, with potential discretionary bonuses and benefits.
