Description
The Assistant Controller – Foundations Department will supervise day-to-day financial operations for multiple nonprofit foundations, oversee internal and audited financial statements, manage the general ledger and reconciliations, support budgeting and financial analysis, ensure accounting compliance, coordinate audits, and serve as a liaison with external auditors and backup to the CFO. The role requires a master’s degree in accounting, business, or a related field, extensive accounting or finance experience including supervisory experience, and knowledge of financial reporting software and Microsoft Excel.
