Omninet Capital is hiring an Assistant Controller – Multifamily to lead accounting and financial reporting for its multifamily portfolio. The role owns the monthly, quarterly, and annual close; reviews property financial statements and reconciliations; oversees property accounting, financial controls, and acquisitions and dispositions; supports consolidated reporting and audits; and manages, coaches, and develops the multifamily accounting team. The position is onsite in Beverly Hills, California, and offers a regular full-time salary of $130,000–$150,000.
