Description
The Assistant Convenience Store Manager (ASM) is responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked store, including the food and beverage area. The ASM must also ensure compliance with company procedures and food quality standards within the QSR food concept. The role requires good grooming, communication, and cash handling skills, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting.
