Description
The Assistant Cook begins each shift with a briefing, prepares mise en place and processes deliveries, manages a station during service, prepares dishes according to recipes, and sets up for the next shift. After the evening shift, the cook cleans the kitchen, checks stock, and prepares for the next workday. The role requires initial kitchen experience, passion for products and kitchen work, openness to internal learning, and a desire to develop professionally. Pay is €16.88–€22 per hour depending on experience.
