Api Restauration is hiring an Assistant Cook (M/F) for a permanent, full-time position at an EHPAD in Coulommiers, France. The role supports the chef, coordinates the kitchen team, manages meal preparation, and ensures high-quality seasonal cuisine while meeting standards. The position offers €2,200 gross monthly plus a 13th-month salary after one year of service, with a weekend off every two weeks and 10-hour days. Hospitality or catering qualifications, collective-catering experience, culinary techniques, and HACCP knowledge are preferred or desired.
